First thing to do today was to get back to Poznan, after a successful day taking care of visa matters.
On the train back, I got a call from Roger, my future boss. He asked if I wanted to work for a day during my world trip, and I obliged. It looks like I will be delaying my trip to Russia by two days, and flying to St. Petersburg from Rzeszow. Even though I am going a bit late, it is not bad because I am saving time by flying instead of taking the train. Not to mention how much calmer it makes me not having to go by train through Belarus, the most corrupt country in Europe.
I got back to Poznan, made my way to Swarzedz, finalized my now solid plans for St. Petersburg with Allen, whom I will be meeting there on July 28th, at a subway station, at 5pm, and went off to visit my cousin Jack.
Once again, it was a really nice evening of catching up. We sat around and talked. Later, we went to the store, and along the way ran into another cousin of mine whom I don't see often, his girlfriend and some of his friends. We ended up going to a local bar and hanging out till way too late.
